Please read these Liability, Terms & Conditions, Right to Refuse Services carefully before using Craft Creations 3D’s products and services.

Liability Statement

Craft Creations 3D Printing designs and produces custom 3D‑printed items for personal use, display, and general non‑structural purposes. By purchasing or using any product from Craft Creations, the customer agrees that:

All items are provided “as‑is” without any guarantees of performance, durability, or safety.
3D‑printed products are not intended for load‑bearing, safety‑critical, or high‑stress applications unless explicitly stated.
Craft Creations 3D Printing is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or handling of any product.
The customer assumes full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of any item for their intended use.
Craft Creations is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this liability disclaimer in full.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

By placing an order with Craft Creations 3D Printing, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all custom prints, pre‑designed products, digital files, and special orders.

2. Custom Orders

All custom orders require full payment before printing begins.
Customer must provide accurate specifications (dimensions, colors, logos, text, etc.).
Craft Creations 3D Printing is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Minor design adjustments may be made to ensure printability and structural integrity.

3. Digital File Policy (STL/OBJ/G-code)

Customers must confirm they have the legal rights to any file they provide.
Craft Creations 3D Printing will not print copyrighted or trademarked designs without proof of permission.
Files may be rejected if they are unsafe, unprintable, or violate intellectual property laws.

4. Production & Print Quality

3D prints may contain layer lines, small surface imperfections, or minor artifacts inherent to additive manufacturing.
Colors may vary slightly due to filament brand, batch, or lighting.
Print times are estimates and may change based on complexity or machine conditions.
Craft Creations 3D Printing reserves the right to reprint an item if quality does not meet internal standards.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before printing begins.
Once printing has started, cancellations are not allowed due to material and time costs.
Design changes after printing begins may require additional fees.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change based on material cost, labor, and complexity.
Custom quotes are valid for 7 days.
Payment must be completed before production starts.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Craft Creations 3D Printing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Local pickup (if offered) must be scheduled in advance.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because items are custom-made:

No returns or refunds are accepted unless the product is defective.
Defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
Minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered defects due to the nature of 3D printing.
If a replacement is approved, Craft Creations 3D Printing will reprint the item at no cost.

9. Liability

Craft Creations 3D Printing is not responsible for misuse of printed items.
Items are not intended for structural, load‑bearing, or safety‑critical applications unless explicitly stated.
Customer assumes all responsibility for how the product is used.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Craft Creations 3D Printing remain the intellectual property of the business.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without written permission.
Custom designs created for a customer may be added to Craft Creations’ product catalog unless exclusivity is purchased.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only for communication, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Craft Creations 3D Printing does not sell or share customer data.

12. Agreement

By purchasing from Craft Creations 3D Printing, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Right to Refuse Service

Craft Creations 3D Printing reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders involving unsafe designs, inappropriate or offensive content, unprintable files, or projects that violate copyright or trademark laws. If an order is refused, any payment already made will be refunded unless the refusal is due to misuse, dishonesty, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
